Perlen, 4 December 2024 - Perlen Packaging, the Packaging Division of the CPH Group, is to acquire the LoGPharma company with its production
sites in lsrael and Hungary. LOG Pharma manufactures packaging solutionswith high barrier properties against oxygen and water vapour to ensure the
safe and secure packaging of bothsolid and liquid pharmaceutical and medicinal products. LOG Pharma pursues a growth strategy, and
generatedrevenues of CHF 26 milion and an EBlTDA of CHF 2.7 milion for 2023. The company has a workforce of approx245 employees, of whom
130 are based in lsrael and 115 in Hungary. The parties have agreed not to divulge thepurchase price. The transaction is expected to close in the
first quarter of 2025.
