Reykjavik, November 11, 2024 - Icelandic packaging enterprise Iceland Pack announced that all its pharmaceutical packaging products are produced using 100% geothermal energy, reducing carbon emissions by 90% compared with traditional production methods.

Iceland's abundant geothermal energy resources provide clean and low-cost energy for the production of pharmaceutical packaging. The products have been certified by the international carbon footprint organization and are favored by European pharmaceutical enterprises pursuing low-carbon development.
