Perlen, 4 December 2024 - Perlen Packaging, the Packaging Division of the CPH Group, completed the acquisition of LOGPharma, a leading manufacturer of pharmaceutical packaging solutions with production bases in Israel and Hungary. The acquisition is part of CPH Group's strategic expansion into the Eastern European pharmaceutical packaging market.

LOGPharma specializes in high-barrier packaging solutions that protect solid and liquid pharmaceutical products from oxygen and water vapor. In 2023, the company achieved revenues of CHF 26 million and EBITDA of CHF 2.7 million, with a workforce of 245 employees. The transaction is expected to be officially completed in the first quarter of 2025, and the purchase price was not disclosed by both parties.
